The rset can be a toatl mses and you can sitll raed it wouthit a porbelm. Tihs is bcuseae we do not raed ervey lteter by it slef but the wrod as a wlohe. (passage taken courtesy of Paul Tan's Journal) i know i've not been doing justice to all the 150+ hits to this site for not updating my blog.. i bet you've all almost become impatient for me to say something already... well, i've started my law studies already.. and no, i didn't go to the UK or Australia to do it.. as much as i would have deeply desired to go overseas, God has kept me here for good purpose, i believe.. I'm now studying in Kemayan ATC, a really good law school in the heart of KL (petaling street, to be exact..hehe).. if you know where or what petaling street is famous for, well, its renown for pirated vcds, dvds, really cheap and fake rolex watches, prostitution, triads, etc... there have been loads of cases of pickpocketing, robberies and the like, and several stories (no idea whether true or not) of kidnappings, severe beatings, and the occasional authorities ransacking the stores with pirated stuff... don't worry.. God's still with me and i've been doing okay.. Kemayan ATC conducts the University of London (UOL) Bachelor of Laws programme on an external basis.. what it means is that it teaches you the stuff you need to learn and the exams come from the UOL.. so if you have any friends reading law in King's College, Queen Mary and Westfield, School of Oriental and African Studies, Birkbeck College, London School of Economics and Political Science or University College, London, well, i'll be sitting for exactly the same exams they sit for... that's the prestige of the degree i get.. and i'm doing it all locally, so that saves a load off my dad's not-so-deep pockets.. and ATC is known for producing some really good students.. i was at the ATC CF too last saturday (oh yeah, classes are on mondays, thursdays and saturdays.. its really crazy, but anyway...) and its a small group of really great people amounting to about 20 fellas... good to get to know them.. which leads to the next question.. what about HELP Institute CF? most of you would know that i'm currently leading the HELP Institute CF.. well, preparations are underway to hand over my presidency to someone else.. and God's really working through the whole situation to ensure a smooth handover... so praise God for that... it has become a surprise to some people when i suddenly made my decision to study in ATC only earlier this month.. well, it was a surprise to me too.. but i believe that's where God wants me to be.. so i'll be working on that basis well, i hope to put more effort into blogging, but as the months go by, i'll be packed with work and assignments and research and essays and tutorials and lectures and books and subject guides and revision and seminars and extra classes......... u get the idea, thanks.. we'll see how it goes but i'll try to put something up more frequently and consistently.. please hold your wonderfully patient patience.. thanks and God bless!
